1. WHY CHOOSE DISKLOK?

2. HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?
Please consult our Fitting Guide to determine the best size for your vehicle. The small Disklok is the most popular size and it will fit 95% of modern car steering wheels. Vehicle manufacturers frequently change the size of their steering wheels with new models so we strongly recommend measuring your wheel before placing your order. If you are still unclear on the proper size, please call our customer service team at 888-612-3543 for more assistance.

3. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, any order you place with Disklok USA can be tracked through our delivery service providers. Details will be provided to you by email throughout the order process. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us using our contact page.

4. HOW DO I ORDER REPLACEMENT KEYS & WHAT IS THE COST?
Please navigate to the replacement key product page and follow the instructions required to identify your individually coded lock.

5. I AM HAVING A PROBLEM LOCKING / UNLOCKING MY DISKLOK, WHAT DO I DO?
In the unlikely event that you experience any problems operating your Disklok please ensure the following first: Make sure you are using the correct key, particularly if you own or operate more than one Disklok.

The key will look like this:

Make sure the key is fully inserted. The barrel lock is a high security, anti-drill lock that contains up of 10 individual disks which can occasionally become misaligned. If this happens, the key will not be able to travel into the barrel sufficiently and, consequently, will only turn 45 degrees.

Look down into the barrel lock to verify if a disk is crossing the key path. To realign the errant disk, insert the key as far as it will go then, whilst applying downward pressure, wiggle the key from left to right repeatedly while feeling for the key dropping further into the lock.

NEVER OIL THE LOCK OR FORCE THE KEY WHEN TRYING TO UNLOCK THE DISKLOK.

If you are using the correct key, the disks are fully aligned per the instructions above and the lock still will not function normally, then please contact our customer service team for further assistance.  

6. THE DISKLOK LEAVES A MARK ON MY WHEELThe Disklok does not attach to the steering wheel and therefore the entire weight of the product will rest on the top front-facing side of your steering wheel. If you have a soft leather steering wheel surface, the Disklok will likely leave a lay mark or indent in the leather when removed. The mark will disappear and return to normal with time. However, to avoid long-term permanent marks, we advise all Disklok customers to use a steering wheel cover in conjunction with the Disklok.
