The warranty period for any size Disklok security device is 3 years from date of purchase. All other products carry a warranty period of 12 months from date of purchase.

If you receive a faulty item or it becomes faulty within the warranty period, Disklok USA will repair or replace the item free of charge.

In all cases, you must first contact our customer service team at 888-612-3543 to initiate the claim. Our product experts will evaluate the nature of the defect and, if necessary, will organize the prepaid return of the item.

Once we receive the defective item, a member of the returns staff will inspect and test the product. We will notify you of our findings and arrange for a new replacement to be sent free of charge.
