Replacement keys that can be used to unlock your Disklok to remove it from the steering wheel. This replacement service can only be offered with the original factory-provided key code.
Before purchasing this product, please identify and record your Disklok key code located on the tag that came with the original set of three keys. Any lost or misplaced keys without the complete key code will not be eligible for replacement.
Once an order has been placed, a Disklok USA representative will contact the buyer via email to request the key code for the order. Orders will an valid key code will be processed and shipped from Disklok USA's warehouse within 7-10 business days of the order confirmation date.
** PLEASE NOTE**
Expedited shipping is not available for any replacement key order as the manufacturing lead time is a minimum of 5 business days.

Warranty
The warranty period for any size Disklok security device is 3 years from date of purchase. All other products carry a warranty period of 12 months from date of purchase.
If you receive a faulty item or it becomes faulty within the warranty period, Disklok USA will repair or replace the item free of charge.
In all cases, you must first contact our customer service team at 888-612-3543 to initiate the claim. Our product experts will evaluate the nature of the defect and, if necessary, will organize the prepaid return of the item.
Once we receive the defective item, a member of the returns staff will inspect and test the product. We will notify you of our findings and arrange for a new replacement to be sent free of charge.
